I've been on quite the vegetable kick lately and was recently looking for some new ways to whip up my old favorites; enter my nee sous chef The Cooking Light iPad app. So far I have made the cucumber salad above (add sesame chili oil for a little more spice), the curried cauliflower (and broccoli) below, and a few other dishes. The dishes are healthy, easy to make and full of flavor. Of course it's not just vegetables, but those are the only recipes I've tried out so far. They offer the option to plan out full four course meals, nutritional values on each dish, and ways to save and print the recipes you like.
